Data retention

Enquiry emails are retained for the duration of the business relationship and for a period of up to two years thereafter, after which they are deleted.

Third-party processors

Email delivery is handled by Resend (resend.com), a GDPR-compliant email infrastructure provider. Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc. Both are bound by data processing agreements.

Your rights

Under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.
